Registered Manager
An experienced, child-centred leader to lead and develop a strong and supportive team, who is passionate about making a genuine difference and excited by the opportunity to help build something special from the very beginning.
Deputy Manager
A compassionate and experienced practitioner to support the Registered Manager, lead the team and help maintain high standards of care and day-to-day practice.
Team Leaders / Senior Residential Support Workers
Experienced practitioners who can lead by example, support the wider team and help ensure consistently high standards of care.
Residential Support Workers
Caring and committed people who can build positive relationships with children and support them through everyday life, activities, education and new experiences.
Relief Residential Support Workers
Flexible team members who can provide additional support while maintaining the consistency and quality of care children need.
